The meeting was held by General Secretary of UTIKAD and Head of Combined Transportation and Railway Working Group; Hacer Uyarlar, members of working group, General Manager of UTIKAD; Cavit Uğur and executive board. They exchanged their views about the project.
Mr İşteermiş pointed out that BALO Project is very important for Turkey in order to reach its export target 2023. He also added as following: “ UTIKAD is the only non governmental organization joined BALO from the logistics sector. The partnership and contribution of UTIKAD for BALO Project has a vital importance for us since is the highest representative of Turkish transportation and logistics sector. The industry -related knowledge, experiences, and the support of UTIKAD will provide important contributions to get succeed.
Hacer Uyarlar underlined that Utikad will continue its efforts in order to complete Turkey’s logistics structure in accordance with international standarts and added that “UTIKAD gives very importance to this project so it became a partner of BALO in order to transport West and Central Anatolian goods to Europe and increase the foreign trade capacity of Turkey.With all members, UTIKAD is ready to support BALO Inc.
