The 7th meeting of board of directors’s was held on 06 September 2012 with the agenda about changes on Turkish Commercial Code (TTC), evaluation of activity reports related to July and August, and negotiations on BALO’s investment and operation.
At the meeting, helded by our Chairman Bulent Kosmaz, the changes on Turkish Commercial Code related to the structure of incorporate companies were evaluated and the decision for extraordinary general assambly was taken in accordance with new TTC which forces to form board of directors once again.
It was also agreed on to put the agenda the decision for changing the company name as “Buyuk Anadolu Logistics Organizations”, which was suggested by Mr. Rifat HISARCIKLIOGLU as the chairman of TOBB, for the general assembly planning to form new structure of TTC .
The meeting in which the activity reports of July and August were evaluated and decisions made for BALO’s investment and implementation finished with the decision to held the next board of directors meeting and extraordinary general assembly on 30 September 2012

BALO has decided to supply the containers from the Dutch Company, UNIT45, in order to use for the intermodal operations which will start on 8th of September.
