The Financial General Assembly 2012 of BALO was held at İzmir head office on 6th of April, 2013. Representatives of our partners who were attended to the General Assembly, has been consulted with each other before the General Assembly.
The Annual Report of 2012 which has prepared according to the new Turkish Commercial Code has been analyzed and the General Assembly Working Principles Internal Directive and the articles which need to be changed in the Articles of Association has been evaluated and determined by unanimous vote again according to the related article of the new Turkish Commercial.
In compliance with the Agenda, the members of Executive and Supervisory Boards have been released and the activities of 2012 have been confirmed by the participants who are represented their corporations. After the Ordinary Meeting of the General Assembly, the representatives of our shareholders have been met at lunch together.
Express-Interfarcht, subsidiary of Rail Cargo Austria Group belonging to Austrian State Railway (ÖBB Holding AG), will provide scheduled block train services from Kapikule.
