In accordance with the New Turkish Commercial Code on Sunday, September 30, 2012 Extraordinary General Meeting was held in Izmir at BALO head Office. Dear valued representatives of our partners participating at Assembly met each other at cocktail prior to the meeting and consulted with each other.
Subjects to the election of new board of directors, making decisions, and the change of title items were determined at Extraordinary General Assembly .The member of board of directors, who carried their tasks successfully, have been re-elected to the same tasks by unanimity voting of the participants. The distribution of tasks, including Chairman, Vice Presidents and other board members, will continue in same way as well as the previous board of directors.
The BALO Project that was born in Aegean region, the title of the company turned into BALO Buyuk Anadolu Logistics Organizations with the suggestion of Mr Rifat HISARCIKLIOGLU as the chairman of TOBB- for changing the company name as “Buyuk Anadolu Logistics Organizations”. The Project, which has been adopted by whole Anatolia with the support of TOBB over time and established with a 92 shareholders structure, will continue to its duty to increase the share of rail freight transport in Anatolia.
